Do you ship to my location?

Yes. We ship throughout India and deliver to over 26,000+ pincodes.

How soon after placing my order is it processed and shipped?

All orders are processed within 12–24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details.

Until when can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across India.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal ₹30 COD handling fee will be charged.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active and available.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If you have not received your order within 9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.
